Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Solvus Orrich in Goldstone's Great Hall about duties and Hostel of Saint Rosunius.
2. Collect the Shipment of Supplies from Dalvus Ycolian in the castle's Servants' Quarters.
3. Bring the shipment to Domius Avilus at the Hostel of Saint Rosunius in Little Arenthia.
4. Go to Fort Heath's prison and talk to Tarilin Nylaen about Taratina Roniria (with 30+ disposition).
5. Either pay Taratina's 200 gold fine, or order her release while of Porter rank or higher in the Kingdom of Anvil.
6. Return to Domius.
7. Report back to Solvus.

Detailed Walkthrough

Solvus has an order from the queen that he wishes you to carry out. A shipment of supplies must be delivered to the Hostel of Saint Rosunius in Little Arenthia - a poorer district of Anvil. You need to pick this shipment up from Dalvus Ycolian in the castle's Servants' Quarters. You'll find this man on the bottom floor of that area. Ask him about the shipment to receive it, and then enter the hostel in Little Arenthia to speak to Domius Avilus, one of its administrators. Gift the package on the queen's behalf, and then listen to his other request - that you ensure the release of a recently arrested individual named Taratina Roniria, who's being held at Fort Heath.

Fort Heath is easily reached by fast traveling to Hal Sadek (using the carriage outside the city gates), and then heading north along the road. Go through the General Quarters part of the fort to access the prison, then speak to Tarilin Nylaen at the desk with 30+ disposition. You have a choice of options to secure Taratina's release - either paying the 200 gold fine she's incurred, or by ordering her release while of Porter rank or higher in the Kingdom of Anvil.

With Taratina's release secured, return to Domius to receive a reward - the Ring of the Divine Messenger. Then speak to Solvus to conclude the quest and receive 200 gold for your efforts (or 400 if you paid Taratina's 200 gold bounty).

40		I was able to secure Taratina Roniria's release from prison.
50		Domius Avilus was overjoyed at Taratina Roniria's return. He gave me an enchanted ring as thanks.
55		Domius Avilus was saddened to hear of Taratina Roniria's death. He doesn't have anything else he needs help with.
100	Finishes quest	Solvus Orrich rewarded me for assisting the Hostel of Saint Rosunius.
