On completion of all of Lantin's posted bounties (and his hush-hush one for the capture of Rue Vaneria, you'll be able to ask him about bounties again to receive one on Annka Stone-Sides. This bandit leader is wanted dead (for 1,500 gold) or alive (for 2,000), and is said to operate near Garlas Agea. Accept the bounty and travel to the ruin (it's northeast of Fort Heath). If you speak to the archaeologists within the ruin, they'll refer to lights to the Garlas Agea's west. Head in this direction. A canopy marks the entrance to Salvage Mine. Enter it and defeat the bandits within. You'll find Annka Stone-Sides at the eastern end. She won't surrender even when reduced to very little health, so if you want to take her alive, you'll need a Command spell. If you do manage to secure her compliance, escort her to Faviana Taucita in Goldstone's Grand Foyer. Either way, report to Lantin once Annka has either been killed or imprisoned for a large amount of money as a reward.
The Kingdom of Anvil has a bounty for Annka Stone-Sides, a Nord smuggler and bandit. She is known to operate in the area around Garlas Agea and is wanted dead or alive.
