Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tisia on the top floor of the Anvil Guild of Mages about books from Benirus Manor.
2. Retrieve the books N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis! and Legions of the Dead from the top level of the library in Benirus Manor in Anvil's Garden Quarter.
3. Return to Tisia for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tisia seeks some books that she believes are in Benirus Manor - an abandoned house in Anvil. She asks you to fetch them, warning of the ghosts that still haunt it. The manor is in the city's Garden Quarter. While the front door is locked, the back door isn't, so you can enter that way. You'll find both the books you need on the top floor of the library tower at the building's southern end, although if your Acrobatics is too low, you'll need a means of levitating there.

With books in hand, return to Tisia. She'll repay you with a piece of armor from her Legion days.
