Is the Raston Vendil found in The Ebony Flask a different NPC, or is it the same person? —Legoless (talk) 22:17, 22 April 2015 (GMT)

Same person. He does not remember what happened to him in Deshaan during the related quest and says that he "came home to recuperate".  ~Shuryard (talk) 22:23, 22 April 2015 (GMT)
