“once per attack”

I tested this a while ago, but does anyone have specific info on what once per attack means? Attempts to apply to the closest enemy, whether or not they are a valid target? I’m assuming once per attack means that area of effect will only choose one target Neaumusic (talk) 22:01, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
