Not in the Enclave of the Hourglass

This book Bitter Travels Among the Nixad is not in the Enclave of the Hourglass.

I have looked for this book on three characters in the Enclave and could not find it. Weeks later I found it on a fourth character in the Dungeon Garlas Agea from a Bookcase way in the back with the Boss (Captain Jena Apinia) (Location: 382324, 922852 / Internal ID: 18653).

I then went in Garlas Agea on the previous three characters and found the book in the same place as i did on my fourth character.
