His appearance

I think this guy is a really interesting part of eso. He looks like an attempt to make the area match the concept art. It really shows the difference in style eso has to the main games of the series. the point of this wiki is to make sure every known detail, not opinion, of a everything to with TES is collected and made available for everyone to see. Just because he looks interesting, which is an opinion, isn't needed on this page. However, even though it is my opinion that it is not noteworthy for the loading screen note to be added to this page, as it may be incorrect, you can argue your point here for more experienced players and/or wiki users to debate --Rezalon (talk) 20:19, 31 December 2015 (UTC)
