Question

The line "Firtorel, the bard at the Queens camp, suggested I find a guard to report to once I reached Vulkhel Guard" was in the journal. Shouldn't it be included? --Rhynchelma (talk) 22:18, 15 May 2015 (GMT)

The journal entry that goes at the top of the page is just the first paragraph, which is shown throughout the entire quest. The second paragraph, which changes based on the current objective, goes in the Quest Stages table at the bottom (see Soul Shriven in Coldharbour).
