The Wrath of Sithis is the embodiment of Sithis' punishment for Dark Brotherhood members who break any of the Five Tenets. They manifest as shadowy ghosts with red tendrils swirling around them.
One is seen multiple times while venturing through Knightsgrave, as it makes its way towards Lyra Viria. After defeating her in combat and slaying her, the Wrath reappears, chains her soul and drags it into the Void, as she begs for mercy.
