Watcher Shavmar is an undead Nede found in Skyreach Catacombs. Along with Armok and Garalan, he sacrificed himself to seal Virmaril in the catacombs after his betrayal of the Nedes. In order to reach Virmaril you must destroy Watcher Shavmar and the other watchers.
He uses a mix of frost mage and time bomb mage class abilities.

Skills and Abilities[edit]
- Ice Arrow
- A basic ranged attack that does minor frost damage.
- Ice Barrier
- Watcher Shavmar summons an Ice Barrier that absorbs projectiles fired at it until destroyed. The caster cannot be pulled if the wall stands between them and Watcher Shavmar. The player should move so that there is a clear line of sight between themselves and Watcher Shavmar.
- Winter's Reach
- Watcher Shavmar unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction it is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all players that it hits. The root effect passes through block, but it can be escaped by roll dodging.
- Void
- Watcher Shavmar summons a purple orb from the sky that explodes when it hits the ground splitting into three projectiles dealing moderate magic damage. This skill then sends out magic AoEs across the floor called Void Bursts. This attack can be interrupted to stagger Watcher Shavmar.
- Void Burst
- These AoEs are released after Void lands, the smaller AoEs deal minor magic damage.
- Dampen Magic
- Watcher Shavmar casts a protective ward and gains a damage shield for 6 seconds.
Notes[edit]
- Despite looking like a dragon priest, Shavmar is a Nede and therefore unrelated to those Nordic forms of undead.
- Watcher Shavmar's Journal can be found to the right of his crypt.
