The Wamasu Matriarch is a large wamasu encountered in the sewers beneath the Cathedral of Akatosh of Kvatch.
It is accompanied by two juvenile wamasu, and electrifies the metal grate in the middle of the room. Kor will help you fight it by distracting one of the juvenile wamasu.
