Waiters are two unnamed Reachfolk who join the celebration after the end of the Gray Host's attack on Markarth. They are present only during Second Chances and can be found in the left and right wing of the Announcement Hall. They have no unique dialogue. After the speech they start walking around the hall serving drinks to attenders.
