Defeat the damned creations of Graccus' frost experiments at the Vile Manse.

The Vile Manse Group Event takes place in the southernmost chamber of the first level of the Manse's cellars. As you enter, you'll see many frozen statues around the chamber, and a book labeled "Book of the Frozen Legion". Activating the book will cause the statues to come to life and attack you in several waves. After you have defeated a few waves of frozen statues, a Frost Atronach called Dread Atronach will appear. Defeat it to earn this achievement and a Skill Point.
