Urnar is a Nord cultist who can be found repeatedly stabbing the body of a dead bear cub. He is downstairs inside Betnarre's House in Solitude. He can also be found in the Storage Cellar in Markarth, sitting on the stone floor and looking miserable. He has no unique dialogue.
