Timber Mammoths are blue-gray mammoths found in the forests of Malabal Tor.
When killed, timber mammoths may drop a lead for the Rune-Carved Mammoth Skull furnishing.

The Bosmer of Vulkwasten raise them for their meat, which they use to brew rotmeth. They briefly revert to their hostile state (as shown above) when they are doused with cold water during the related quest and must be subdued.
