The Gem & Flask is an apothecary and chironasium in the center of Belkarth, in Craglorn.

A "Suspicious Barrel" can be found upstairs, with a Letter to Geldrion lying beside it. Opening the barrel will reward you with a Cast-Off Iron Shield and a sample of Millet, as well as the Earthly Possessions achievement. It can only be looted once.
