Swarming Zombies can be found around flesh heaps within Thibaut's Cairn. Upon killing six Swarming Zombies, you can loot the "Flesh Heap" to get leveled gear.

Skills and Abilities

Swipe

A basic melee attack that deals minor physical damage.

Vomit

The zombie vomits on its target, indicated by a red cone, dealing moderate disease damage as indicated by a cone.

Pound

The zombie lunges at its target, dealing moderate physical damage and staggering the target. Blocking will prevent the stagger and set the zombie off-balance.

Contaminate

When killed, the zombie expels poisonous gas around itself, as indicated by a red circle. This attack does moderate disease damage over time.

Desecrated Ground

On death, the undead rarely desecrate the ground under them as indicated by a red circle. This does moderate damage over time and snares all targets as well as healing undead enemies within the red circle.
