Online:Sturdy

Sturdy is a trait which can only be found on armor. Once you have researched the trait on a given item type, you can craft Sturdy armor by using Quartz. Items with the Sturdy trait will reduce the Stamina cost of Blocking (or Magicka cost in the case of Frost Staves with Tri Focus) by an amount dependent on the quality of the item.
