Static Pitchers are hostile plants found in the inhospitable northwestern section of Dead-Water Village as well as in the Deepmire.

Stepping near one causes the bud to open, spewing lightning in an AoE around the plant. Standing in the AoE deals minor shock damage over time for a few seconds as well as draining Magicka and Stamina from the affected targets. You can incapacitate them for a minute by sneaking up to them and interacting with them while undetected.

Notes

• Unlike the ones found elsewhere, these have a nameplate showing their name and a finite health amount. Despite this, they are friendly, meaning they cannot be attacked directly, though they can still be incapacitated.
