This potent drink is one of the few banned by all fleets in Tamriel. Though a spilled mug doesn't actually strip tar from a ship's deck, it is absolutely capable of removing rational thought from those who imbibe it.

Sailor's Warning Festival Grog can be purchased from Traveling Festival Merchants during the New Life Festival for 0000002222 . It has no practical benefit. Drinking one bestows the Very Drunk status effect, which snares you, reducing your movement speed. It also turns your vision green, and distorts the game's audio (except for background music) for 30 seconds. Entities playing instruments, voices, and other sound effects sound low and distorted.

You can also receive a sample of this grog from Erlgald in Western Skyrim as part of a world event.
