Davon's Watch Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge hidden beneath Davon's Watch.

Second entrance outside the city

It is set up in an abandoned Tribunal Chapel. The refuge can be entered through the trapdoor found between the Mages Guild hall and Uveran Bank. Another entrance is located behind the western city wall.

An aspiring "masked villain", Phoebe Falvo, can be encountered in the refuge working on a list of code-names to the west, near the cooking fire. A letter addressed to Stelvene Lothaire can be found at his booth.
