The offerings for the Taskmaster are brewed and ready to be presented to his likeness at the altar in the central chamber. It should be a simple matter to collect three of them and offer it to His Pestilence. But remember, the Taskmaster abhors heterogeny. That is, ensure the offerings are of similar strains, such as Crimson Plague and Blood Rot.

The effects of the samples should be mild. Far less potent than the plague itself. But do not take more than three. The results would be severe and quite painful for you.
