Online:Nord Cultural Exchange

The Nord Cultural Exchange, also known as the Glorious Expedition for Nord Cultural Exchange is an Eastern Skyrim-based group which aims to strengthen ties with other nations, both within the Pact and without, as well as spreading Nord culture along the way. Their current lead diplomat is Rigurt the Brash, and there are mixed opinions about whether he is an oaf or a diplomatic genius.

Notes

• In earlier notes and books written by Rigurt, he refers to Thane Vigli Storm-Breast as the leader of the Cultural Exchange. At some point, Rigurt was promoted to the leadership role instead.
