Necromancer Annia was a Breton necromancer whose body can be found outside the ruins of Nonungalo. During the related quest, Priest Faric Velain will ask you to read her journal (which becomes the Necromancer's Journal quest item). It gives you a backstory of what happened in Nonungalo and how her masters' necromantic ritual went out of control.
