Malion is a High Elf found in Skywatch. He runs the frog races. He is actually a disguised agent of the former Eye of the Queen Krin Ren-dro and he was involved in the failure of his last operation in the city.

During the related quest, he cannot be spoken to, but he is heard announcing the frog races.
