Kelbarn is a dead Nord miner who can be found outside of Gloomstalker Village. His backpack and to-do list can be found next to him. His pack contains Mining Samples, which he was supposed to bring to his employer, who doesn't like him very much. Kelbarn was fond of Inguya, though she didn't feel the same.
