Enter Saintsport and follow the monkey, Howler, through an abandoned building to find him sitting on a crate. He will lead you to his master.
Like Moths to a Candle[edit]
After you decided on Captain Helane's fate, you will find Howler on the beach with the rest of Crafty Lerisa's crew.
When you finish completing the quest, you can find Howler next to Lerisa on the top deck of the Spearhead.
