The House Dres Encampment is a camp located south of the Bal Foyen Passage. Friendly Dunmer Conscripts work tirelessly within the camp. A chest can spawn under a tent with a cooking fire in the center of the camp.

House Dres Orders sit atop a shelf in that same tent, while another note is sitting on a table in the dining tent on the south side of the camp.
