Her wife escaped from the spellplague's reach before Hadrill could get away. She is trapped inside her house and needs to be rescued during the quest.

She will be back at the camp outside the keep, checking on a Cursed Citizen:

After the curse has been lifted from Heimlyn Keep, she will be sleeping at the camp.
