Ghost Cutters are Khajiit ghosts found in Fathoms Drift.

Skills and Abilities[edit]
The Ghost Cutters uses shock versions of the Bounty Hunter NPC class:
- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that causes minor physical damage.
- Low Slash
- The enemy slashes the player's shins, dealing moderate physical damage and snaring the player Blocking will reduce the damage, but doesn't prevent the snare.
- Stunning Shock
- The enemy throws lightning in a conal AoE in front of itself, dealing low shock damage and stunning for 2 seconds. This can be interrupted to set the Ghost Cutter off-balance.
- Stunning Shock
- When standing further away, the Ghost Cutter shoots at you with a glowing crossbow dealing low shock damage and stunning you for 2 seconds.
- Ride the Current
- When standing further away, the Ghost Cutter holds their dual weapons in a rear-handed stance, with a yellow glow visible around their weapons, then dash forwards leaving areas of lighting behind them and finally strike their target. Any part of this ability deal moderate shock damage and stun. This is almost always used after "Stunning Shock" (the crossbow shot) lands successfully.
- Roll Dodge
- The enemy can perform a roll dodge to avoid incoming damage.
- Backstabber
- The Ghost Cutter has a passive ability that causes them to deal 20% more damage when attacking the target's back.
- Desecrated Ground
- On death, the Ghost Cutter rarely desecrate the ground under them as indicated by a red circle. This does moderate damage over time and snares all targets as well as healing undead enemies within the red circle.
