"Come, look at what I offer. I specialize in furnishings not only from the Highlands, but Valenwood as well. My people keep me well-supplied."

After the events of Seeds of Suspicion, she will note the changes of supply:

"All the sudden changes to Dawnwood interrupted my regular supplies. Fortunately, I've set aside a good amount of back stock."

"I understand that Nantharion is responsible for the Wildburn. And that a Daedric Prince supports his activities. Imagine that!
Now, how can I help you?"

After the events of the quest In Memory Of, she will instead greet you with the following:

"Life in Skingrad has calmed now, but that can always change. If you want reliability, take a look at my selection of furnishings."

"Yes, life as a Wood Elf in Skingrad was difficult for a while. But my neighbors have known me for years. They believe I'm trustworthy, as is my merchandise."
