Covenant Anchor Shatterer is awarded for destroying Dark Anchors at each of the 15 Dolmens in Daggerfall Covenant territory at least once each. Simply participating in the battle is enough to be awarded credit. If the map icon turns white, you've succeeded. The list of Dolmens required is as follows:

Alik'r Desert

•  Hollow Waste Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point southwest of Tava's Blessing in the northern Alik'r Desert. (map)
•  Myrkwasa Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point northwest of Bergama in the southern Alik'r Desert. (map)
•  Tigonus Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point east of Kozanset in the eastern Alik'r Desert. (map)

Bangkorai

•  Ephesus Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point east of Bangkorai Garrison in eastern Bangkorai. (map)
•  Fallen Wastes Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point southeast of Bangkorai Garrison in southeastern Bangkorai. (map)
•  Mournoth Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point on an island in northeast Halcyon Lake in northern Bangkorai. (map)

Glenumbra

•  Cambray Hills Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point north of Aldcroft in central Glenumbra. (map)
•  Daenia Dolmen — A Dark Anchor spawn point south of Deleyn's Mill in southeastern Glenumbra. (map)
