While investigating Cipher's Midden during "An Unhealthy Fate", Umbrenius, Angaseh, and Vandalen will witness their fellow cipher Telengwe fall ill:

Cipher Angaseh: "Another afflicted. The corruption grows worse with every passing moment."

Cipher Telengwe: "Terrible dreams … terible pain!"

Cipher Angaseh: "Why doesn't the Great Eye do something?"

She will say:

"So many of the ciphers have fallen ill. Even the Daedra seem susceptible to this terrible plague!"

Dialogue

Prior to "An Unhealthy Fate":

After "An Unhealthy Fate" is completed:
