A Moonlit Shadow[edit]

When you and Zerith-var arrive at the Vile Manse, you will be asked to rescue the cantors that were captured by Ravith-morna and her Chorus. When you enter the prison area of the Undercroft, you will witness Ravith-morna corrupting Zayabi's soul and turning her into a dro-m'Athra. Cantors Tharis-jo and Cer'enza will be kneeling on the ground, effected by Ravith-morna's power.

After you slay Zayabi-morna, Zerith-var will cleanse her soul and opens a portal for everyone to escape outside. Speaking with Tharis-jo before you leave:

"Zayabi. I can't believe she's gone.
Sorrow fills me. But the songs of Krin'ze and Viti are a balm. I will not let this darkness eclipse my heart. Thank you for saving us."

When you leave the Vile Manse, you will find Zerith-var apologising to Cantor Krin'ze for being unable to help any further:

Zerith-var: "I am sorry, rithantiin. I can cleanse your souls, but I am powerless to stop the corruption before it overtakes you."
Cantor Krin'ze: "This the Twilight Cantors can do. Quickly, Viti! Aid me!"
<High Cantor Viti and Cantor Krin'ze use their powers and Cantor Cer'enza and Cantor Tharis-jo are quickly cleansed.>

After other Cantors cleanse him from corruption:

"I was so frightened! The drums were relentless! But Krin'ze's song! She pulled us out of the darkness!"

Once you have completed the quest, Cantor Cer'enza and Tharis-jo will talk to High Cantor Viti about what happened:

Cantor Cer'enza: "Ta'khida. Zayabi. The Rajaska-z'har hunts us, high cantor. Who will banish dark spirits if all our kind fall to her song?"
Cantor Tharis-jo: "Don't say such things, Cer'enza. Do not give in to hopelessness. The high cantor will figure something out."

The Dark Behind the World[edit]

When you arrive at the Adeptorium with Zerith-var and Cantor Krin'ze to search for Ravith-morna, you find the place is swarming with Rajaska. After finding High Cantor Viti leading some surviving cantors, she explains the Torval Curiata Inquisitors brought her people here to combat the dro-m'Athra but were wiped out.

You will find Cantor Tharis-jo acting as a look out, as one of the cantors with him is being healed:

Cantor Tharis-jo: "Quiet! Someone comes!"

Talk to him to let him know there is a path to safety:

"You don't look like an Inquisitor. And your friend only looks somewhat like a dark spirit.
Wait, you're the ones from the Vile Manse! Are you here to help us again?"
Cantor Krin'ze and High Cantor Viti sent us. We're here to save you.
"Of course you are. Thank the moons and all their forms for this mercy. Is there a clear path to safety?"
If you move quickly, you should be able to make it from here safely.

After your conversation:

Cantor Tharis-jo: "A moment to prepare, and then we'll go. Light of love and mercy guide you both."

Speaking to him again before leaving:

"I can lead this group to safety. May the Mother of Twilight guide your path, walker."

After you have defeated Ravith-morna and her Moon Beast, you will encounter Cantor Tharis-jo along with the surviving cantors in the Tomb of Zerith-var. He will be reading some of the collected texts:

"A thousand blessings to you and Zerith-var for saving me. Twice!
Viti led us to this place to shelter. She's compiled the most fascinating texts on the Order of the Hidden Moon!"
