A Bloody Hand Skirmisher

Bloody Hand Skirmishers are goblin assassins of the Bloody Hand Tribe.

Two of them will appear at the waterfall chest near Cropsford to ambush after you store the books in it during Securing Knowledge. You must also kill one during Bloody Hand Spies.
