Arek is a Nord found at a tent south of Windhelm during the New Life Festival. He has no unique dialogue.

- Arek was Justice Neutral on the PTS. He cannot be pickpocketed on live. On the PTS in 2016, he was a Noble, and Hard to pickpocket.
