Darien discovered that we need three shard-keys to open the three locks that protect Angof's inner sanctum.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Darien Gautier.
- Collect the three shard-keys.
- Defeat Angof the Gravesinger.
- Talk to Gabrielle Benele at the Lion Guard Redoubt.
- Report to Sir Lanis Shaldon.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
When you speak to Sir Thomas Kinlin after retrieving the Shard of Release, he asks you to repeat something exactly as written. Choose the second choice: Release from slumber! Eternal darkness, come forth! Doing so gives you the final shard-key you need to defeat Angof. Answering wrongly otherwise sends you to another room in the crypts and you must go back to repeat the correct answer.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
