Oblivion Mod:PCS Library/Disc appears to be blank

Problem

The disc appears blank in Windows Explorer.

Cause - Bad Burning Software

This problem may be due to bad disc-burning software.

Solution: Try reinstalling or upgrading (or uninstalling) your disc burning software (i.e., Roxio, Nero, Inter Video).

Cause - Bad Optical Drive Drivers

It could also be the case that the optical disc drive itself has a bad configuration or drivers.

Solution: To reinstall your optical drive(s): Right-click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > right-click on the device > uninstall

...then reinstall.

Solution: If the drivers are very problematic and affecting the use of other discs as well, it may be worthwhile to search Google or the maker's site for updated drivers.
