Salacia Malev is an Imperial commoner who lives in Kathar with her husband, Etelso. Etelso has a red lantern that he got long ago from a prostitute (before they were married), and she wants to get rid of it, for obvious reasons. You can help her out by agreeing to steal or buy it from Etelso and dispose of it.

Salacia wears a red & white robe and turban, along with braided leather sandals. Oddly, there's an assassin robe on top of the armoire in their house that is owned by her.
