The Ulfgar Family's House is a house in Bleaker's Way, between Hrol Ulfgar's House and Satha Dalvilu's House.

It is the residence of Beirir and Ulrika Ulfgar, who are involved in the quest Mephala. It contains only one zone, The Ulfgar Family's House.

Near the entrance are five food barrels. In the sleeping area are two beds, with a set of drawers containing clutter between the beds and a clutter chest at the foot of the left bed. On top of the drawers are two gold coins and a lockpick. Two food barrels are next to a small privacy wall that is connected to a dividing wall. In the area by the lit fireplace are four clutter sacks, a clutter chest, a broom propped up in the corner, and two bedrolls. The dining table holds a bread loaf, two cheese wedges, and two grapes. The cupboard contains food, while the windowsill holds some cooking utensils. There are two more bedrolls in the house, one near two clutter sacks in the corner of the dining area and another near two more clutter sacks down a few steps to the left of the fireplace.

Notes

• The key to the house is carried by both Beirir and Ulrika.
• The sacks are the only containers in the house that do not respawn.
