Surius Afranius' House is a house in the Imperial City's Temple District, between Marana Rian's House and Pennus Mallius' House.
It is the residence of Surius Afranius, his brother Ancus Afranius, and their sister Praxedes Afranius. It contains three zones: Surius Afranius' House, Surius Afranius' Private Quarters, and Surius Afranius' Basement.

Surius Afranius' House[edit]
On the main floor, a desk is on the southwest wall. In the dining area in the east corner, a table with two benches is set with three plates holding two apples, two cheese wedges, and a pear. The bookshelf in this corner holds a pumpkin, three potatoes, and two watermelons, with two more watermelons on the floor next to it. Two more pumpkins sit on top of the cupboard, which contains food. The door to the basement is in the north corner, under the stairs up to the private quarters. On the wall next to the stairs, beside a large bookshelf sit two clutter barrels. At the top of the stairs, another barrel and three sacks contain more clutter.
Surius Afranius' Private Quarters[edit]
Upstairs in the private quarters, a hall features two doors on the right and a locked chest on the left containing armor and/or weapons. The first door on the right leads into a large bedroom with a double bed in the south corner. Next to the door, a cupboard contains clutter. Opposite the cupboard, a clutter chest is beneath the table, while a locked jewelry box sits on top. The sack next to the table contains more clutter. In the alcove in the west corner, a small table holds a potato, a cheese wedge, and two carrots. The second door in the hall reveals a smaller bedroom, with a single bed on the southeast wall. Next to the door, a cupboard contains clutter, and the set of drawers across from it contains clothing. The locked chest next to the set of drawers contains gold and a chance of a piece of jewelry, and the table at the end of the room, like the other table, holds a potato, a cheese wedge, and two carrots.
Surius Afranius' Basement[edit]
A barrel on the landing of the stairs into the basement contains clutter. At the bottom of the stairs, another barrel in the south corner contains the same. The locked chest in the east corner contains more clutter, as do the locked chest in the north corner, the barrel next to it, and the sack on the floor next to the chair.
