West of Bruma, north of Sancre Tor |
Hermaeus Mora's Shrine is a Daedric shrine west of Bruma.
It is north of Sancre Tor, with the path to the shrine splitting from the Orange Road east of Sancre Tor, about halfway to Boreal Stone Cave and between two wooden bridges. Alternatively, you can take the path north of Chorrol that leads to Cloud Top. This path continues through the mountains all the way to the shrine.
Bruscius Longus, Norasa Adus, and Ri'Jirr can be found worshipping here. Although Ri'Jirr is the speaker for the group, it is Casta Flavus who begins the related quest, Hermaeus Mora. He appears to you in your sleep after completing the 14 other Daedric quests and having at least started the main quest Blood of the Daedra.
Two benches, a lectern with two lit candles, three lit candles on a rock, and six additional lit candles on a short unusable bench are in front of the shrine. A short set of stone steps and a stone platform supporting a lit brazier are at the end of the path next to the shrine.
