Black Waterside Stables

Black Waterside Stables is a stable west of Cheydinhal.

It is the only place where you may purchase a black horse, the fastest steed in the game. A black horse costs 5000 gold; Tovas Selvani will sell horses 24 hours a day, but the door will be locked between 8pm and 8am.
