Another set of plans

Just found a Dwemer Airship Plans hanging on the wall in Tel Vos, Central Tower. I had already completed the quest, though, so I can't confirm these are usable. 73.241.142.127 23:59, 13 June 2018 (UTC)

I completed this quest using the plans found in Tel Vos. Would someone like to edit the notes confirming that this can be done? It's much more convenient and easy than going into the ruins, especially if you're a Telvanni and :would be in Tel Vos anyway.--192.145.118.182 09:25, 1 December 2022 (UTC)

"More Blueprints"?!?

What do I need when Edwinna says "I believe there are more blueprints in Bethamez", and where do I find it? I have Dwemer Airship Plans and Divine Metaphysics in possession.
