Herd

Herd is a Nord barbarian and the leader of an outfit of sea-going bandits based out of Sinsibadon in the Ascadian Isles region. A rumor circulating in Vivec's Foreign Quarter maintains that Herd and his companions have turned from a life of banditry to one of piracy; consequently, Herd is also known as Herd the Bandit and Herd the Pirate. Speaking with Raril Giral, proprietor of the Black Shalk Cornerclub in Vivec's Foreign Quarter, sheds further light on the bandit leader's motives:

"This is the way Herd figures it. He's got his hideaway right between Ald Sotha and Bal Fell, two of the nastiest holes in Vvardenfell, but convenient by boat to both Ebonheart and Vivec. The appalling neighbors keep traffic down, but as long as he leaves the Daedra cultists alone, he feels he's safe enough."

Raril Giral is the only source of this unique dialogue.

Herd wears a netch leather cuirass with matching greaves and boots, Nordic fur bracers, and common pants. He carries a steel axe and up to 20 drakes. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
