Sailen Vulgate (or Salen Vulgate)[UOL 1] and formally Sailenmora is a settlement in the central region of the southern Telvanni Peninsula, within the province of Morrowind.[1] It contains a crypt dedicated to the former patron saint of House Telvanni, Vorys the Immolant,[2] who helmed the expansion of Necrom's necropolis and ventured elsewhere in the hopes he met his end in battle.[3] The Old Sailenmora Outpost was a place for pilgrims and travelers to rest and seek accommodations.[2]
History[edit]
During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Sailen Vulgate was an active settlement. It was ruled by Lord Nisseth and had a rivalry with Greenheights. Sailen Vulgate was neighbored by several settlements, including connections to Necrom, Amber Forest, Greenheights, and Helnim Wall.[1]
