Supreme Atromancer
Expert Atromancer

Atromancy is a magical art regarded as a branch of Conjuration focused on summoning Elemental Daedra, known as Atronachs.[1] It should not be confused with Atronachy, the practice of creating elemental golems, which are sometimes also referred to as Atronachs.[2] Practitioners of Atromancy are known as Atromancers.[3][4]

While the magic itself existed prior,[5] the modern practice of summoning Atronachs dates back to the early development of the Conjuration school by the Direnni. Atronachs were among the first beings summoned from Oblivion during this period, often acting as protectors and occasionally as servants or familiars.[6] The master summoners of the Direnni were also touted as among the first to discover that a conjurer could impose any desired shape on a Atronach, such as that of a horse.[7]
