Ashmelech ca. 3E 427
Ashmelech is an isolated catacomb in the archipelago region of Sheogorad, in the province of Morrowind. It is built on a small island between the main island near the Velothi tower, Shara, and the mainland near the Chimer stronghold, Valenvaryon. It is the home of the Aundae Clan, one of the three vampire clans of Vvardenfell.[1] The clan uses an enchanted extravagant ruby amulet to magically transport members back to Ashmelech.[2]
In 3E 427, a vampire hunter named Ano Vando lurked around Ashmelech seeking the Aundae Clan. Taking great offense to this, the clan's matron, Dhaunayne Aundae sent one of their members to kill him in broad daylight in Ald'ruhn.[3]
