Shocking Wamasu is a common Intelligence creature card. It is available as part of the Core Set.

In addition to the card's availability in the Core Set, two copies are included in the Dunmer Avengers deck.

Wamasu are animals native to the swamps of Black Marsh.
This card originally was able to deal 4 damage to any target rather than just creatures, but was changed around 10/2016 so that it wouldn't have the possibility of ending Arena games. ^[1]
