The Isle of Balfiera consists of seven islands found within the northern portion of Iliac Bay. The largest settlement is the town of Upvale, the dominant vampire bloodline is Lyrezi, and the regional deity is Akatosh. The island is home to the Direnni Tower.

The isles have no capital nor regional temples, although Akatosh is popular in several settlements.
